Removing the timing chains
Remove the front engine cover (
Check that the mobile shoes function correctly and replace if necessary.
Disconnect the connector (1).
Adequately support the weight of the sump (A).
Undo the screws indicated.
Remove the sump (A).
Retrieve the gasket (2) and replace.

Install a dial gauge complete with adapter in the
Bring cylinder 1 to TDC during the power
Remove the dial gauge complete with adapter.
Note that there may be engine oil residue in
the sump.
