Removing the crankshaft
Remove the lower crankcase shell (
Undo the indicated nuts, retrieving the respective
washers.
Easing carefully off the stud bolts, remove the
lower crankcase shell (F), complete with the
half bearings and bearing shims for the
crankshaft.

Remove the four blow-by valves (G), undoing the
respective screws indicated.
B2.03).
Turn the crankshaft as necessary to allow
access to all the screws indicated.
Undo all the screws indicated.
Remove all the connecting rod caps (A).
