The ringer rhythm indicates which tone sequence is used to signal internal calls on the analog
PBX subscribers.
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Expert view (click
1. Open the page PROPERTIES > Internal subscribers > Subscriber properties >
Analog settings.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Select one of the following options in the Ringer rhythm for internal calls list field.
1 x long: 1 Long tone (1 second), 4 second pause, ...
3 x short: 3 Double tones, approx. 1 second pause, ...

Configuring a Ringer Rhythm for External Calls via the Analog Connection
The ringer rhythm indicates which tone sequence is being used to signal external calls, made
to the telephone number assigned to the analog connection, on the internal PBX subscribers.
Note:
Signaling is carried out by analog devices as described.
ISDN devices generate their own call tone/ringer rhythm. For more infor-
mation, refer to the description of your ISDN end device.
