Configuring the Exchange Line Access Number (Account Number)

2. In the list field at the top, select the VoIP connection in question.
A page opens for configuring the VoIP connection.
3. Open the page VoIP connection > Name and settings.
4. In the list field at the top, select the account in question by its name.
5. Select or clear the Usage check box.
Enables the VoIP account.
Disables the VoIP account.

– Save your settings before you leave the page.
Configuring the Exchange Line Access Number (Account Number)
The exchange line access number (account number) is taken from the internal telephone
number plan and is used to identify the account within the PBX.
Note: The exchange line access number (account number) is used for the
targeted VoIP access point (see

• Separate for VoIP accounts
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– External VoIP channel (COMpact 3000 VoIP or VoIP channels purchased and activated in
the Upgrade Center)
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
