Importing VoIP Providers

Importing VoIP Providers
The VoIP provider data can be imported from a file (*.ft). The corresponding files containing
current access data for VoIP providers can be downloaded from the Internet.
The import can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Access data for the VoIP provider (*.ft) saved on a data storage medium (PC)
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > Voice over IP (VoIP) > VoIP provider.
2. Click Browse (this text is dependent on the operating system used).
A file selection dialog opens.
3. Select the file to be imported and click Open (this text is dependent on the operating
system used).
4. Click Import.
The access data is saved in the PBX.
Note:
The data of the import file is added to the existing list of providers, without
verification whether a provider is already contained in the list (double
entries).
If importing the data would cause the number of providers to exceed the
maximum number of 10 entries, the import is not carried out and an error
message is displayed.
Further steps:
– If necessary, change the standard settings according to the data provided by your VoIP
provider.
