Initiating Splitting during a Conference Call
Connecting both Conference Call Partners
If you would like to leave a conference call that you initiated yourself and your conference call
partners would like to continue talking with each other, you can connect both parties.
Ending a Conference Call
If you initiated the conference call yourself, you can end the conference call completely.
Initiating Splitting during a Conference Call
Requirements:
– A conference call that you initiated yourself
During a conference call, proceed as described in the following.
• Press the Flash key (when using a telephone with DTMF dialling) or the Query key
(when using an ISDN telephone) and dial 2.
You then make an individual call with the communication partner who had previously
been active. The other subscriber of the conference hears the hold music.
• Press the Flash key (when using a telephone with DTMF dialling) or the Query key
(when using an ISDN telephone) and dial 1.
You then make a call with the communication partner who had previously been on
hold in the background. The other subscriber of the conference hears the hold music.
Important: To use this function on ISDN and system telephones, the function
must be supported via a function key or via the menu by the respective
telephone (see manual for the telephone).
Note: You also can use this function this function on analog telephones,
where it can be performed via the T-Net function key/menu (see manual for
the telephone).
