Call Forwarding
Switching Call Forwarding for External Numbers On/Off
If the PBX only has one external connection and one telephone number has
been selected for number presentation, you can simplify call forwarding
configuration. If you configure call forwarding for external numbers for this
telephone number on the telephone in question, the entire character string
can be dialled without having to manually enter the telephone number to be
forwarded, that means e.g. ##96#*67#.
4. Dial one of the following character strings:
#*67#: Enables call forwarding on busy for external numbers with an existing
destination number. (No other action is required.)
##67#: Disables call forwarding on busy for external numbers. (No other action
is required.)
#*67*: Enables call forwarding on busy for external numbers.
5. Enter the destination number. The following entries are possible:
External phone number (If you do not use a direct exchange line access, dial
the exchange line access number before dialling the telephone number.)
** and short code number (If you do not use a direct exchange line access,
omit the **.)
6. Dial #.
Note: For call forwarding on busy to an analog connection via the network
provider, the following applies: The central office only detects whether the
analog connection is busy. The central office does not detect whether the
telephones being called are busy. This means the following: As soon as the
analog connection becomes busy, call forwarding on busy is carried out. This
also occurs when internal subscribers that are set to accept the calls for this
connection during normal call distribution are available. Even if the analog
connection is available, but the internal subscriber that is set to accept calls
on this connection during normal call distribution becomes busy, call
forwarding on busy is still not carried out.
