Dialling from the Telephone Book

Navigation in the Telephone book
The telephone book can contain a large amount of data. To the view the data you want quickly,
there are several tools available in the formatting bar:
Symbols
Clicking the symbol switches the display to the beginning of the data.
Clicking the symbol switches the display to the previous page.
Clicking the symbol switches the display to the following page.
Clicking the symbol switches the display to the end of the data.
Page ... of ...
From this list field, it is possible to switch directly to selected page.
Dialling from the Telephone Book
When the user is logged in on the Web interface of the configuration manager, the soft call
function can be used via the telephone book, thereby allowing an external phone number to be
dialled directly.
Dialling can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Short-code authorization for business calls assigned to the subscriber
– An open configuration manager with an authorization level of user
1. Open the page USER DATA > Telephone book.
2. Click next to the desired telephone number under External phone number.
The telephone number of the external subscriber is dialled.

Creating Entries

The telephone book provides space for up to 400 entries.
