Switching Line Access Code Detection On/Off

Requirements:
– External analog port (only COMpact 3000 analog)
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Expert view (click
– Configured prefixes (country prefix and local area code)
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > External numbers.
2. In the list field at the top, select the analog connection.
A page opens for configuring the analog connection.
3. Open the page Analogue connection > Expert configuration.
4. Select or clear the Transmit line access code automatically check box under Line
connection.
Enables line access code transmission.
Disables line access code transmission. (No other action is required.)
5. In the Transmit line access code automatically entry field under Line connection,
enter the required digit or digit sequence. The following entries are possible:
Up to 16 digits
Digits and the characters * and #
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.
Switching Line Access Code Detection On/Off
If line access code detection is enabled, a dialling pause of 3 seconds is automatically inserted
after the digit/digit sequence entered is dialled.
This is necessary if the central office requires a pause after the line access code entered has
been dialled.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
