Configuring a Pause between Announcements

Listening to and Switching the Announcement for Music on Hold On/Off via an Internal
Telephone
Requirements:
– Authorization Controlling of the PBX via telephone assigned to the subscriber
– Knowledge of the sub-admin or admin PIN
1. Pick up the receiver.
2. Dial ##8.
3. Enter the sub-admin or admin PIN.
4. Dial one of the following character strings:
*5731#: Enables only the announcement.
*5732#: Enables only the music on hold.
*5733#: Enables the music on hold and the announcement.
The music on hold and/or the announcement is played back.
Note: Depending on the length of the announcement, it may take some time
for it to load. During this time, you will hear two short tones, around every five
seconds.
Configuring a Pause between Announcements
The pause between announcements indicates how many seconds should occur each time the
music on hold announcement is played back.
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Enabled music on hold announcement
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Music on hold/announcement > Settings.
