Call Distribution
Creating Call Distribution
Creation can be carried out as follows:
• Separately for configurations
• Via the configuration manager
• Using a character string on the internal telephone
Creating Call Distribution via the Configuration Manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Configured external telephone numbers
– Configured internal subscribers
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > Call distribution > Create call distribution.
Note: Creation is also offered in the configuration wizard during quick setup.
All of the separate external telephone numbers entered and the corresponding group
phone numbers (call distribution groups) are displayed horizontally across the table.
Under Subscribers, all of the internal subscribers created (telephone numbers and
name) are listed.

2. Select which subscriber will signal the calls on your external phone number. The
following settings are possible:
No signaling
Immediate signaling
Delayed signaling
Note: Incoming calls are signaled after 15 seconds on a subscriber for which
delayed signaling has been configured.
