Configuring the PIN for Remote Access

1. Call the voice mailbox.
The voice mailbox takes the call. You hear the configured announcement
Note: When the voice mailbox is disabled, you have to keep ringing for appro-
ximately one minute until the voice mailbox takes the call.
2. Dial *.
You will be prompted to enter the 6-digit PIN for remote access and then the pound
sign.
3. Enter the PIN for remote access and dial #.
Remote access is started. You are guided through the remote access menu with the
help of various announcements.
4. Execute remote access by entering the following codes.
0: Opens the Help menu.
1: Opens the main menu.
2: Plays back the new messages.
3: Plays back all of the messages.
4: Jumps back to the previous message.
5: Repeats the message currently being played back.
6: Jumps to the next message.
7: Deletes the message currently being played back.
8: Ends playback.
* 10: Disables the voice mailbox.
* 11: Enables the voice mailbox.
* 70: Deletes all messages.
Hang-up: Ends remote access.

• Separately for voice mailboxes
• Via the configuration manager
