Checking the Function of the LAN-TAPI
3. Click Dial and enter an internal or external telephone number. Enter the telephone
number exactly as you would dial it and click Dial.
The controlled telephone is called. As soon as you pick up the receiver, the destina-
tion number dialled (in this example: 422) is called.
Check the Function of the LAN-TAPI on the Windows 2003 Server
Requirements:
– A completed TAPI drive installation on the server PC
1. Start Windows dialling help. To do this, click Start > Execute, enter dialer.exe in the
Open entry field and click OK.
2. Click Extras > Connect with....
In the Line list field, select one of the telephones offered for controlling.
Click OK.
