Assembling the PBX (Use as Desktop Device)

Assembling the PBX (Use as Desktop Device)
Requirements:
– The rubber feet contained in the scope of delivery
1. Glue the four rubber feet onto the sections on the bottom of the casing which are
marked with circles.
2. Place the PBX on a clean, flat surface.
Caution: Some plastics and paint used on furniture may react chemically
with the plastic feet of the PBX and cause them to soften. Plastic chemically
changed in this way on the feet of the device may cause damage to the
surface of your furniture.
• If you are using the PBX as a desktop device, make sure that it is placed
on a non-slip pad.

Wall Mounting of the PBX

Requirements:
– Drill and screw driver
– The drilling template contained in the scope of delivery
– The screws and dowels included in the scope of delivery
1. Hold the drilling template onto the area where the device is to be mounted and place
marks where the mounting holes are to be drilled into the wall.
Important: Make sure that there are no electrical leads, gas or water conduc-
tions in the section where you want to drill the holes.
2. Drill the mounting holes (diameter 6 mm) and insert dowels into the holes.
3. Screw in the three screws far enough so that the screw head is about 4 mm away from
the wall.
4. Mount the PBX on the screws, then slide the PBX on the wall downwards until the
screws hit the stopper.
