Configuring the Ringer Frequency
2. In the list field at the top, select the analog connection.
A page opens for configuring the analog connection.
3. Open the page Analogue connection > Expert configuration.
4. In the entry fields under Tones, enter the values that you received from the network
provider. The following entries are possible:

The tones should only be changed after discussing this with Support.
An incorrect entry can cause malfunctions on the PBX.

Configuring the Ringer Frequency
The ringer frequency indicates the frequency the ring signal is transmitted by the analog
network provider.
Note: In German PBX models, the ringer frequency is specified at 25 Hz.
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Via the configuration manager

– External analog port (only COMpact 3000 analog)
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
