Executing Remote Access

3. If you are not assigned to the voice mailbox in the call distribution, you will be
prompted to enter the 6-digit PIN for remote access and then the pound sign. Enter
the PIN for remote query and dial #.
The query is started. You are prompted through the query menu with the help of
various announcements.
4. Execute query by entering the following codes.
0: Opens the Help menu.
1: Opens the main menu.
2: Plays back the new messages.
3: Plays back all of the messages.
4: Jumps back to the previous message.
5: Repeats the message currently being played back.
6: Jumps to the next message.
7: Deletes the message currently being played back.
8: Ends playback.
* 10: Disables the voice mailbox.
* 11: Enables the voice mailbox.
* 70: Deletes all messages.
Hang-up: Ends the query.
Executing Remote Access
Remote access is used to query and maintain the voice mailboxes from an external telephone.
Performing this procedure can be carried out as follows:
• Using a character string on an external telephone
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– Imported language file (*.fs)
– Knowledge of the PIN for accessing the corresponding voice mailbox remotely
– DTMF dialling support on the external telephone
