Configuring Music on Hold or Restoring Default Music on Hold
0 to 100: The playback volume of music on hold increases or decreases,
depending on the value entered.

Setting the Volume of Music on Hold during the Announcement via the Configuration
Manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Music on hold and announcement enabled
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Music on hold/announcement > Settings.
2. Slide the Volume of music on hold during the announcement slider under
Announcement or enter a value in the entry field next to the slider. The following
entries are possible:
0 to 100: The playback volume of music on hold increases or decreases,
depending on the value entered.

Deleting Music on Hold (Restoring Default Music on Hold) via an Internal Telephone
If the music on hold saved is deleted, the default music on hold is automatically restored.
Requirements:
– Authorization Controlling of the PBX via telephone assigned to the subscriber
– A configured sub-admin PIN
1. Pick up the receiver.
2. Dial ##8.
3. Enter the sub-admin PIN.
4. Dial *5532#.
