Configuring and Operating Functions
VoIP/GSM Routing
Entering Exception Telephone Numbers
Requirements:
– External VoIP channel (COMpact 3000 VoIP or VoIP channels purchased and activated in
the Upgrade Center)
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > VoIP/GSM routing.
2. Enter the telephone number/range in the Telephone number / range entry field. The
following entries are possible:
Up to 20 digits
Digits
3. Enter the name of the corresponding telephone number in the Name entry field. The
following entries are possible:
Up to 16 digits
Digits and characters
4. In the Dial attempt list field, select one of the following options:
generate busy: The dial attempt is ended and a busy tone is issued.
all VoIP connections: The dial attempt is made over one of the configured
VoIP accounts.
VoIP connection account name: The dial attempt is made over the VoIP
account named.
ISDN connection: The dial attempt is made over the ISDN connection (only for
the COMpact 3000 ISDN).
ISDN connection ISDN module: The dial attempt is made over the ISDN
connection (only on the COMpact ISDN module available as an option).
Analog connection: The dial attempt is made over the analog connection
(only for the COMpact 3000 analog).
5. Click .
6. Click .
7. In the 2nd dial attempt and 3rd dial attempt list fields, select one of the following
options:
generate busy: The dial attempt is ended and a busy tone is issued.
all VoIP connections: The dial attempt is made over one of the configured
VoIP accounts.
VoIP connection account name: The dial attempt is made over the VoIP
account named.
