Call Data
Columns on the Call Data List
If the call is not initiated with a PIN, the internal number of the end device making the
call is displayed.
• For an incoming call, the telephone number of the corresponding call distribution group is
displayed.
• For a call through call, the external telephone number of the call through user is displayed.
• For wake-up calls, the internal number of the person to be woken up is displayed.
LCR No. (LCR number)
If an external phone number has been dialled via a telephone service provider (manual entry
or automatic LCR), the telephone number of the LCR provider dialled is displayed.
Bill type (Type of billing): business (Business) or private (private)
You will see on the display whether it a business or private call (an external call with private
exchange line access).
Call type
Additional information about the recorded calls is displayed:
• Ex.line trnsf. (exchange line access via a transferred exchange line): The exchange
line access has been transferred (exchange line transfer)
• CallThru (Call Through): Call through call
• Remote prog (remote programming): Configuring the PBX via CAPI
• normal (Normal): Call over a land line connection or GSM
Note: An outgoing external call that was initiated over the public switched
network or GSM by a call through user, is entered as a call through call.
• CF ext. (Call Forwarding external): Rerouting over an external connection: Call forwarding
of your own external telephone number
• VoIP: Calls via Voice over IP
Note: An outgoing external call that was initiated via Voice over IP by a call
through user is entered as a call through call.
• Wake-up: Wake-up calls
