Configuring Maximum Credit for Time Accounts

7. Enter the number of minutes. The following entries are possible:
0 to 998: Sets the time account from 0 to 998 minutes.
999: Sets the time account to unlimited.

Configuring Maximum Credit for Time Accounts
The maximum credit for time accounts shows how many minutes the credit in a time account,
e.g., after adding credit, may show at most.
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Via the configuration manager

– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open one of the following pages:
• COMpact 3000 analog/VoIP: FUNCTIONS > Time accounts > Settings
• COMpact 3000 ISDN: FUNCTIONS > Time and call allowance accounts >
Settings
2. Enter a value in the Maximum credit for a time account entry field under credit. The
following entries are possible:
1 to 9999: Specifies the maximum credit for time accounts from 1 to 9999
minutes.

Configuring Credit for a Call Allowance Account

In order to carry out charge verification, credit can be added to the individual call allowance
accounts. As soon as the configured credit is used up, it is no longer possible to make external
calls on the corresponding telephone until the credit has been increased or reset.
