Expanding the PBX
Purchasing and Releasing Software Expansions in the Upgrade Center
• In the configuration manager (SERVICE > Release > Release code): Click Open
Upgrade Center.
2. Click User management.
3. Click Registration (create a user account).
A form for entering personal data opens.
4. Enter the required data and click Save data.
You will receive an e-mail with the login information.
Software Expansions via the Configuration Manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– A user account in the Upgrade Center
– PC with an existing Internet connection
1. Open the page SERVICE > Release > Release code.
2. Click Open Upgrade Center.
The Upgrade Center opens in a separate window. The serial number of the PBX is
automatically entered and set in the Other: Device-S/N.: entry field. An overview of
the products available for your PBX are displayed.
3. Click Log in.
4. Enter the data for your user account in the User name and Password entry fields.
5. Click Log in.
6. Click the category in which you would like to go shopping, or click Display under All
items for this device:.
The items available are displayed.
Note: Click the image in the Details column to view the current expansion
level on the PBX (regarding these items).
7. Place the desired item in the shopping basket by clicking the Order column.
8. Once you have selected all of the items you would like, click Shopping basket /
check out.
