If authorization for controlling the PBX via telephone is enabled, the subscriber in question
program the PBX over the internal telephone.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Via the configuration manager

– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization

1. Open the page PROPERTIES > Internal subscribers > Subscriber properties >
Authorizations.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Select or clear the Controlling of the PBX via telephone check box.
Enables the authorization for controlling the PBX via telephone.
Disables the authorization for controlling the PBX via telephone.
