Managing Voice Mailboxes and Fax Boxes
Voice Mailbox
Querying the Voice Mailbox
Note: Click the column headings to change the sorting criteria. Click the
column headings again to change the sort order.
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– At least one received voice message
1. Open the page USER DATA > Messages.
2. In the list field at the top, select the voice mailbox in question according to sender's
name.
3. Click in the line of the corresponding voice message.
A dialog for opening or saving the voice message opens.
4. Open the file or save it on the PC.
Note:
Click in the line of the corresponding message to send the message by
e-mail.
Click Update to reload the page and update the data displayed.
Querying the Voice Mailbox via an Internal Telephone
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– The imported language file (*.fs, e.g. english.fs, located on the accompanying Auerswald
Mega Disk on the software page for the COMpact 3000) on the page FUNCTIONS > Voice
mail/fax boxes > Language file
– DTMF dialling support on the internal telephone
1. Call the voice mailbox.
The voice mailbox takes the call. You hear the configured announcement.
2. Dial *.
