1. Open the page PROPERTIES > Internal subscribers > Subscriber properties >
Exchange line settings.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Select one of the following options in the business and private list fields under
Exchange line authorization:
[exchange line authorization]: Selects the exchange line authorization you
want. (No other action is required.)
exchange line dependent: A list field for selecting the exchange line authori-
zation is opened for each external connection configured.
Note:
The exchange line authorizations granted can be limited to certain
telephone numbers using a call restrictor.
Using a call deblocker, certain telephone numbers can be added to the
exchange line authorizations granted here.
The short-code dialling number authority enables the dialling of all the
telephone numbers entered in the short-code memory.
A subscriber's exchange line access can also be hindered by an empty call
allowance account.
4. Select the desired exchange line authorizations for the separate external connections
from the list fields.
