Call Deblocker (Outgoing) – Release Codes
Call deblockers can be added to the exchange line authorizations to expand dialling options
with additions of a certain supply of numbers (telephone numbers for specific connections or
specific prefixes). Since call deblockers have a higher priority than call restrictors, they can be
used to release restricted numbers or parts of them.
Call Forwarding
Call forwarding allows calls to be forwarded, e.g., to a mobile phone.
Call Parking
Call parking lets a caller in a waiting position be transferred so that the desired communication
partner can accept the call on another internal telephone.
Call Restrictor (Incoming) – Robinson Numbers
If there are certain persons who you absolutely do not want to call you or if you do not want
callers to call a private branch exchange, their external phone numbers and/or all anonymous
callers can be assigned to a call restrictor for incoming calls. The call restrictor which applies
to all subscribers can be enabled on your own telephone as needed. If the call restrictor is
enabled, a caller, who transmitted one of the assigned telephone numbers, is rejected.
Call Restrictor (outgoing) – Restricted Numbers
In order to restrict exchange line authorization, the telephone numbers that should not to be
dialled can be put in call restrictors. There are several ways to do this. In general, telephone
numbers are restricted that begin with a certain digit sequence and that should not be acces-
sible to every subscriber due to its higher charge tariffs, e.g., 0900 telephone numbers.
Normally, the first 4 to 5 digits indicate the telephone service that cause such high charges.
If an attempt is made to dial a restricted telephone number, only a busy tone is heard. If the
restricted numbers are not activated (meaning "not restricted"), restriction via the configured
exchange line authorization is still possible.
