Expanding the PBX
Purchasing and Releasing Software Expansions in the Upgrade Center
1. Open the page SERVICE > Info > PBX data.
2. Make a note of the 12-digit serial number of the PBX.
3. Open the Internet Auerswald Upgrade Center at (Internet address:
www.auerswald.de/upgradecenter).
4. Enter the data for your user account in the User name (customer number) and
Password (PIN) entry fields.
5. Click Log in.
The Upgrade Center opens. The available categories are displayed.
6. In the Other: Device-S/N.: entry field under PBX type, enter the serial number of the
PBX.
7. Click Set.
8. Click the category in which you would like to go shopping, or click Show under All
items for this.
The items available are displayed.
Note: Click the image in the Details column to view the current expansion
level on the PBX (regarding these items).
9. Place the desired item in the shopping basket by clicking the Order column.
10. Once you have selected all of the items you would like, click
under Shopping basket.
The selected items are displayed in the shopping basket.
11. Select the payment type.
• Payment types Credit card, Direct debit or Invoice: The order confirmation (with
release codes) is displayed in the Upgrade Center at the end of the order process.
Note: If your e-mail address is registered in the Upgrade Center, you will
receive the order confirmation again by e-mail. If you have not entered an e-
mail address, print the order confirmation that is displayed.
• Payment type Cash on delivery: The order confirmation (with release codes) is
sent to you via UPS.
