During a conference call, you are talking with two subscribers simultaneously.
Initiating Conference Calls
Requirements:
– A query call you initiated yourself
During a query call, proceed as described in the following.
1. Press the Flash key (when using a telephone with DTMF dialling) or the Query key
(when using an ISDN telephone).
2. Dial 3.
You are making a conference call.
Note:
If a handsfree telephone is involved in a conference with 3 internal
subscribers, echo or singing effects may occur.
You can also use this function on analog telephones, where it can be
performed via the T-Net function key/menu (see manual for the telephone).
On ISDN and system phones, this function – if available – is performed via
an existing function key or via the menu (see manual for the telephone).
Options during a Conference Call
The following actions are possible during a conference call:
Initiating Splitting
When you end a conference call and would like to talk to each of the conference call partners
separately one after the other, you can specifically put one of the conference call partners on
hold in the background.
