Exporting the Telephone Book

Note: Entries already in the PBX and changed in the import file are not
replaced, but are saved as new entries.
Exporting the Telephone Book
The columns Short-code dialling number, External phone number and Name can be
exported into a text file (*.csv). There, it is arranged in rows and separated by semicolons.
The export can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Entries in the telephone book
1. Open the page USER DATA > Telephone book.
2. Click Export.
A dialog for downloading the text file "kurzwahlen.csv" opens.
3. Save the text file on the PC.

Overview of the Telephone Book Entries

The overview shows all of the telephone book entries (Short-code dialling number, Name
and External phone number). When the user is logged in on the Web interface of the confi-
guration manager, the soft call function can be used via the overview thereby allowing an
external subscriber to be dialled directly (

The overview can be opened in the configuration manager by selecting
Telephone book in the list field next to
