Switching Pound Sign Transmission On/Off

– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization

1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > External numbers.
2. In the list field at the top, select the analog connection.
A page opens for configuring the analog connection.
3. Open the page Analogue connection > Expert configuration.
4. In the Delay time after last digit dialled entry field under Start of call (outgoing
calls), enter a value. The following entries are possible:
3 to 30: After 3 to 30 seconds of no dialling of a digit, the PBX detects the end
of dialling.
Note:
Since the PBX does not pass on the last digit to the central office until after
the configured time has elapsed, select a time that is as short as possible.
Approximately 3 seconds is a good default value for manual entries.

– Save your settings before you leave the page.
Switching Pound Sign Transmission On/Off
If pound sign transmission is enabled, the PBX transmits the pound sign (#) to the central office
after a telephone number has been dialled.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
