Creating Notes for Internal Subscribers

3. Enter a name for identification purposes in the Name entry field. The following entries
are possible:
Up to 16 digits
Digits and characters
Note: The name is used for display purposes on the system telephone.
Furthermore, on some pages in the configuration manager (e.g., call data
list), the name is displayed in addition to the telephone number.
4. Select one of the following options from the Device type list field depending on the
end device connected.
VoIP system telephone: COMfortel VoIP 2500 AB system telephone
Standard VoIP telephone: Standard VoIP end device (SIP), soft phone (SIP)
5. Click .
Note: The subscriber properties, wake-up times and a time account (or call
allowance account on a COMpact 3000 ISDN or on the COMpact ISDN-
module available as an option) are configured on the page PROPERTIES >
Internal subscribers. Click
6. Repeat step 2 to 5 to enter additional telephone numbers.

– Save your settings before you leave the page.
– Configure your VoIP end devices.
Creating Notes for Internal Subscribers
You can create notes for the subscribers in the PBX (e.g., location of the device, ...).
Creation can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
