5. Enter the STUN server in the IP address or URL entry field under STUN server/NAT
traversal. The following entries are possible:
IP address with a range of 0 to 255 (example: 103.103.103.103)
URL (example: www.stunserver.de)
6. Enter the associated port number (Port) in the Port entry field under STUN server/
NAT traversal. The following entries are possible:
1 to 65535
7. Enter a value in the Interval for STUN server query entry field under STUN server/
NAT traversal. The following entries are possible:
1 to 60: A STUN server query takes place every 1 to 60 minutes.

Configuring the Outbound Proxy
The outbound proxy is an intermediate server that processes all VoIP requests and connec-
tions going to the provider (except for registration).
Configuration can be carried out as follows:
• Separately for VoIP providers
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– External VoIP channel (COMpact 3000 VoIP or VoIP channels purchased and activated in
the Upgrade Center)
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– A configured DNS server and, if necessary, an HTTP proxy server
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > Voice over IP (VoIP) > VoIP provider.
2. Click
in the line of the corresponding VoIP provider.
It opens the page Provider configuration > Provider.
3. Under Outbound proxy, select one of the following options:
