Switching Multi-path Call Forwarding On/Off via an Internal Telephone
Requirements:
– Authorization Controlling of the PBX via telephone assigned to the subscriber
– Subscriber is a member of the call distribution group
1. Pick up the receiver of the telephone in question.
2. Dial ##97.
3. Enter the telephone number of the call distribution group. The following entries are
possible:
** and the internal telephone number of the call distribution group (If you
do not use direct exchange line access, omit the **.)
Note:
The telephone number of the call distribution group is found on the page
CONFIGURATION > Call distribution.
A subscriber is a member of a call distribution group if he is assigned to the
call distribution group on the page CONFIGURATION > Call distribution in
the column of the corresponding group telephone number (
4. Dial one of the following character strings:
#*481#: Enables multi-path call forwarding with the existing destination
number. (No other action is required.)
##481#: Disables multi-path call forwarding. (No other action is required.)
#*481*: Enables multi-path call forwarding.
5. Enter the destination number. The following entries are possible:
** and the internal telephone number of the individual telephone (If you do
not use direct exchange line access, omit the **.)
** and the internal telephone number of the line group (If you do not use
direct exchange line access, omit the **.)
External telephone number (If you do not use direct exchange line access,
dial the exchange line access number before dialling the telephone number.)
** and the short code number (If you do not use direct exchange line access,
omit the **.)
6. Dial #.
