Managing the Telephone Book and Lists
Call Data
Columns on the Call Data List
Note: In the following lists, all of the columns are labeled using standard
labels and the field labels. The field labels are located in brackets behind the
standard label if they deviate from the standard labels.
Date
This column shows the day the call was started. The date information is displayed in
DD.MM.YYYY format.
Time
This column shows the time the call was started. The time information is shown in HH:MM:SS
format.
External Name (Ext. Subscribers)
This column shows the external telephone number of the communication partner:
• During an outgoing call, the telephone number dialled appears here.
Note: For private calls, the display of the last three numbers can be omitted.
In this case, only one anonymized telephone number (the last three digits are
displayed as asterisks - ***) is displayed here.
• For an incoming call, the column contains the telephone number that was transmitted from
the caller (CLIP information). If the telephone number is unknown, -- is used.
Important: The telephone numbers that have been added to the call list from
incoming VoIP calls can for the most part not be used for callbacks unless
number conversion has been configured.
• For wake-up calls, the internal number of the person to be woken up is displayed.
This column shows the name of the external communication partner if this name has been
saved in the telephone book on the PBX or transmitted via CNIP. For a call made via Voice over
IP, the Display name is displayed when no entry for the VoIP phone number exists in the
telephone book. The telephone number is then displayed in the Info column.
