Querying the Voice Mailbox
All voice messages are saved as WAVE files on the storage medium on the PBX.
Note: You have the option of allowing newly received voice messages to be
signalled on the portal page (Voice mail list), on the "Messages" LED and
as an info call on the telephone.
The query can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
• Using a character string on the internal telephone
Querying the Voice Mailbox via the Configuration Manager
All received voice messages are listed in a table with the following columns:
• Status: Indicates whether it is a new or already queried message. New messages are
indicated by . Messages which already have been queried are indicated by
change the status of the messages by clicking the icon (new -> queried or queried -> new).
• Date/Time: Indicates the date/time when the message was received.
• Duration: Indicates the duration of the received message.
• Caller: Indicates the external telephone number over which the message was received.
• Call destination: Shows the telephone number of the call distribution group.
• Assigned MSN: Shows the assigned MSN.
