Private (Personalized) Exchange Line Access
Private (personalized) exchange line access enables separate billing for business and personal
calls for individual employees. Using private exchange line access, calls initiated are given a
special identification while the call data is being recorded. This allows the charges to be billed
to the employee.

Initiating Private Exchange Line Access
The subscriber that would like to make personal calls can initiate private exchange line access
on any internal telephone by entering the user PIN. Personal calls are assigned to the
subscriber in question in the call data set based on the user PIN.
Requirements:
– User PIN configured for the subscriber
1. Pick up the receiver of any internal telephone.
2. Dial ##92.
3. Enter the user PIN.
4. Dial *.
5. Enter the external telephone number. The following entries are possible:
External phone number (If you do not use a direct exchange line access, dial
the exchange line access number before dialling the telephone number.)
** and short code number (If you do not use a direct exchange line access,
omit the **.)
You are making a personal call.
