Inserting a Restoration Point for Configuration Data
2. Select or clear the check box Read network settings under Read configuration
data from the PBX.
The network settings are read from the PBX.
The network settings are not read from the PBX.
3. Select or clear the check box Read PBX data under Read configuration data from
the PBX.
The PBX data are read from the PBX.
The PBX data are not read from the PBX.
4. Click Read from PBX under Read configuration data from the PBX.
A dialog for downloading the configuration file "PBX name_date.cfg" opens.
5. Save the configuration file on the PC.
Inserting a Restoration Point for Configuration Data
The insertion can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page SERVICE > Data backup > Restoration points.
Note: The insertion is also provided during the quick configuration using the
configuration wizard.
2. Click Insert restoration point.
A confirm action dialog opens.
3. Click Next.
The restoration point is inserted. It is available in the Configuration file list field under
Restore old configuration data.
