Recording, Saving and Listening to Wake-up Announcements
2. In the File list field, select one of the following options:
Wake-up announcement 1: Selects wake-up announcement 1.
Wake-up announcement 2: Selects wake-up announcement 2.
Wake-up announcement 3: Selects wake-up announcement 3.
3. Slide the Volume slider under Settings or enter a value in the entry field next to the
slider. The following entries are possible:
0 to 100: The playback volume of wake-up announcement increases or
decreases, depending on the value entered.

– Save your settings before you leave the page.
Listening to a Wake-up Announcement via an Internal Telephone
Requirements:
– Authorization Controlling of the PBX via telephone assigned to the subscriber
– A configured sub-admin PIN
1. Pick up the receiver.
2. Dial ##8.
3. Enter the sub-admin PIN.
4. Dial one of the following character strings:
*5721#: Plays wake-up announcement number one back.
*5722#: Plays wake-up announcement number two back.
*5723#: Plays wake-up announcement number three back.
You will hear the wake-up announcement.
Note: Depending on the length of the announcement, it may take some time
for it to load. During this time, you will hear two short tones, around every 5
seconds.
