Switching Authorization for Configuration Switching On/Off

Note:
If you wait too long before entering the characters or enter an invalid
character string, you will hear the busy tone. In this case, hang up the
receiver and start over.
If the automatic configuration switchover is enabled simultaneously, the
configuration configured here is applicable until the next switching time.
Switching Authorization for Configuration Switching On/Off
If authorization for switching configurations is enabled, the subscriber in question can switch
configurations manually.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Expert view (click
1. Open the page PROPERTIES > Internal subscribers > Subscriber properties >
Authorizations.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Select or clear the Configuration switching check box.
Enables authorization for switching configurations.
Disables authorization for switching configurations.
