Configuring Maximum Credit for Call Allowance Accounts

1. Pick up the receiver.
2. Dial ##8.
3. Enter the sub-admin or admin PIN.
4. Dial *74.
5. Enter the internal telephone number. The following entries are possible:
** and internal telephone number of the individual telephone (If you do not
use a direct exchange line access, omit the **.)
6. Dial *.
7. Enter the number of currency units (e.g., cents). The following entries are possible:
0 to 99998: Sets the call allowance account from 0 to 99998 currency units.
99999: Sets the call allowance account to unlimited.
8. Dial #.
Configuring Maximum Credit for Call Allowance Accounts
The maximum credit for call allowance accounts displays the highest amount that a call
allowance account may not exceed.
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– External S
port (only COMpact 3000 ISDN or COMpact ISDN module available as an
0
option)
Important: If using a VoIP account for external calls, the call allowance
account doesn't work.
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Time and call allowance accounts > Settings.
