Assigning Subscribers to a Line Group
A line group is made up of internal end devices that are assigned to the line group.
The assignment can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– The internal telephone number configured for the line group
– The internal telephone numbers configured for the subscribers
1. Open the page PROPERTIES > Group members.
The Subscribers table shows all of the subscribers already created along with their
internal telephone numbers and names.
2. In the list field at the top, select the line group in question using the telephone
numbers/names.
3. Select or clear the check box to the left of the subscribers that are assigned as
members of the line group.
Assign the subscribers to the line group (group member).
Does not assign the subscribers to the line group (group member).
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.

Group Overview

The group overview shows all of the line groups already created along with telephone numbers
and names.
Note:
The overview can be opened in the configuration manager by selecting
Groups in the list field next to
click Close.
The overview can be printed by clicking Print.
