Contents of the Call Data Set

Call Data
The PBX has a call data memory in which up to 2,000 call data sets can be saved and protected
from power outages.
Contents of the Call Data Set
A call data set contains the following information:
• Date at the beginning of the call
• Time at the beginning of the call
• Duration of the call
• Telephone number of the LCR provider – if used
• Telephone number of the external communication partner – if known
• Name of the external communication partner – if known
• Telephone number of the internal telephone (invoiced + real)
• Your own external phone number
• Charges for the call
• Billing factor
• Call direction
• Type of billing
• Call/type of call

Opening the Call Data List

The call data list shows the call data sets recorded in the call data memory.
Note:
The data in the call data list can be displayed through filters.
The call data list can be configured as an element on the portal page (Call
data).
Opening can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
