Voice Mailbox
Recording, Saving, Listening to and Deleting an Announcement for Voice Mailboxes
Note: Depending on the length of the announcement, it may take some time
for it to load and to be played back.
Deleting the Announcement for Voice Mailboxes (Restore Default Announcement) via
the Configuration Manager
If an announcement for the voice mailboxes is deleted, the default announcement is automati-
cally enabled.
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– At least one existing announcement for the voice mailboxes
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Voice mail/fax boxes > Announcements.
2. In the Announcement list field, select one of the following options:
1, Duration x Sec. to 10, Duration x Sec.: Delets announcements 1 to 10.
3. Click Delete under Delete announcement.
4. Click Continue.
Deleting the Announcement for Voice Mailboxes (Restore Default Announcement) via an
Internal Telephone
If an announcement for the voice mailboxes is deleted, the default announcement is automati-
cally enabled.
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– Authorization Controlling of the PBX via telephone assigned to the subscriber
– Configured sub-admin or admin PIN
