Computing the Height Scale Factor

For One Point Localisation method with Twostep transformation. Calculates the
height scale factor of the point chosen.
Press Height in Determine Scale.
Description
Method by which the grid scale factor is cal-
culated.

Grid scale factor is computed using the posi-
tion of a known local point.
