How many times the point was successfully measured.

In tolerance
How many times the tolerance configured was met.
Example: 4/6 - The point falls within the defined tolerance
four times, six sets were measured.
Compl sets
How many sets are completed. The value is the same for all
points.
Example: 4/6 - The point was measured in a complete set
four times, six sets were measured.
