Horizontal distance along the arc from start
point to base point. Available for Line/arc
method: Calculate arc offset point.

Point ID of offset point. Available for
Line/arc method: Calculate arc base

The identifier for the COGO point depending
on the point ID template configured for GS /
TS in ID Templates.
The height of the start point of the arc is
suggested. A height value to be stored with
