The settings on this panel define
the size of search windows for prisms to be searched in. The prisms can
•
be searched with PowerSearch in the PowerSearch window or with ATR-
plus in the Fine search window.
•
the behaviour of automatic prism search after the target is lost in lock
mode.

The additive constants of non-
Leica Geosystems prisms are often
given in the true zero prism sys-
tem. Use the following formula to
convert the additive constant to
the Leica Geosystems TS prism
system. This Leica constant must
be entered into the Leica instru-
ment.
Formula:
True zero constant - 34.4 mm = Leica con-
stant.
It is highly recommended to check the
additive constant for non-Leica Geosys-
tems prisms on a baseline with an appro-
priate procedure.
A name of the creator or other comments
can be entered.
