Animations are a method of drawing atten-
tion to the user that a change has happened
inside Leica Captivate. This change could be
caused by the user himself or may be auto-
matically generated by Leica Captivate to
notify the user that something has changed.
Transitions are a method designed to notify
the user that the panel being displayed in
the Leica Captivate software is changing.
These visual aids are useful as Leica Capti-
vate has many similar looking panels. Transi-
tions allow the user to navigate through the
software more easily.
