Deleting Call Data

1. Open the following page:
• For admin: User data > Call data list
• For user: Call data list.
2. Click Export.
3. Accept the legal notes by entering
4. Save the file on the PC.
Deleting Call Data
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the following page:
• For admin: User data > Call data > Call data list
• For user: Call data list.
2. Select the desired filter in the SELECTED FILTER list field.
3. Select the deletion type:
• To delete selected call: Select the call data to be deleted with the left mouse key
and click
• To delete all call data of the filter: Click
4. Click Yes.

Dialling from the Call Data List (Soft Call)

With the soft call function, a user can use the configuration manager of the PBX to dial an
external number directly from the Call data list.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
