link debounce
Sets the link-down detection time after a link failure is detected until the actual link-down
occurs. When a large value is set for this command, temporary link-downs will not be
detected so the link will be prevented from becoming unstable.
Input format
To set or change information:
link debounce [time
To delete information:
no link debounce

Sets the debounce timer value in milliseconds.

If the link is stable even when a link-down detection time is not set, you do not need to
set one.
