The no web-authentication auto-logout

Default behavior
An authentication is automatically logged out if no frames are received from a terminal
authenticated via Web authentication for a certain period of time.
Impact on communication
After the no web-authentication auto-logout
is not automatically logged out if it is detected that no frames have been received from a
terminal authenticated via Web authentication for a certain period of time.
When the change is applied
The change is applied immediately after setting values are changed.
